Children Need Opportunities
In today’s society we need to bring our children up to be savvy, because by the time they have left school, if they were not able to achieve good grades or probably weren’t even interested in school, the chances are that they’re probably going to have children at an early age, bringing more poverty on to their families, or worse end up in a life of crime and probably behind bars. Children need encouragement; if they see their parents doing positive things, there’s a good chance that they will do the same.On the the other hand if they are exposed to negative things such as violence and abuse, there’s a good chance that they will do the same. Swearing in front of your children should be a no no.
We all know the difference between right and wrong, and how it’s better to tell the truth, well, I’m going to tell you something that will raise your eyebrows. I recently received an invitation to take part in a survey and also to become a member of an organization which I accepted; and shortly after accepting my invitation I received an email telling me that I won a £20.00 voucher to be spent on wines; naturally I was keen to claim my £20.00, only to find out later that this £20.00 was a discount off £60.00 worth of wines, now if we as a society are misleading our children how can we then turn around and expect them to be honest.
